Mesothlioma is a horrible way to die. It occurrs from asbestos and/or silica getting into the lungs. It can remain there undiagnosed for years and years and by the time it is diagnosed Mesothelioma patients die in a matter of months. There is nothing that can be done to reverse its progress in any event. The diagnosis of it being pre-exsisting is honesty correct and it is wrong that he was denied treatment but the answer is not to kill off the insurance industry in favor of a (benelovent?) government master but rather to have government have better regulatory supervision over the industry. Rather than run healthcare the Government should regulate it (it has done a good job but obviously there can be improvements). That 47 million number is a lie it counts 10 million illegal aliens who should not be here in the first place and 12 million people temporaily uninsured becuase they are between jobs. Of the 25 million remaning are the millions of "homeless" or as I call them bums, tramps and hobos. There is a simple answer to this problem that does not require entrusting government to control our lives.
